<< Left Behind >>

A class project for the practice of audio and visual techniques, including camera shots and angles for movie/TV purposes. Edited and composited in Adobe Premiere Pro. Shot over the course of two days using a hand held DV camera. Because of the condition of the camera used and limited equipment, I must apologize that much of the audio is scratchy and inaudible. To the best of my abilities, much was done to edit and improve it.

<< Bunny Man - Toy Commercial Parody >>

Filmed with DV camera and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. Special effects made in Adobe After Effects. Main goal was to make commercial eye catching and informative in time limit of 30 seconds. Audience intended for little kids. Made by team of two, Me and Ashley Scarberry. I was in charge of editing, script, special effects, camera work, shots and angles. Ashley in charge of editing, 3D modeling and animation of toy sample, narrator, script, camera shots and angles.

<< Jupiter's Red Spot|3D>>

In small team, I worked on a part of an educational film about the solar system for a non-profit organization, IPGE. The part in which our team worked on was the information describing the planet Jupiter. We were given a script in which we had to create scenes and animations to portray the information. My focal point was the Red Spot of Jupiter.

Using Autodesk 3D Studio Max, each scene was laid out, built and animated. Special effects were created in 3DS Max’s Particle systems and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro.

<< Sneezing Vampire |3D>>

A 3D Animation done in Autodesk 3D Studio MAX; this feature utilized 3D MAX’s biped bone system. The vampire character’s body was modeled as a single object and skinned to the bones. The character’s facial movements and emotions were achieved through use of the face morph modifier. Special effects were also constructed, edited and combined in Adobe Premiere Pro.

<<Mischief Milky |3D>>

A 3D Animation done in Autodesk 3D Studio MAX; this feature was done without the use of bones, focusing more on timing and the practice of animating simple movements and particle systems. The bunny character was modeled with several separate objects and linked together at the body.

<<The Chess Players |3D>>

A 3D Animation done in Autodesk 3D Studio MAX; Implements the use of 3D MAX’s camera tracking system, applying 3D objects to animate inside a film clip.

<<Ball vs. The Gap - Animated Storyboard |2D>>

An animated storyboard; applies use of storyboarding skills to time out the flow of movement. Done in Adobe Premiere Pro
